Wigan Athletic have announced former Ivory Coast defender, Kolo Toure, as their new manager on a three-and-a-half-year contract.
The Latics fired Leam Richardson since November 10, after a poor run of results which saw the team lose six out of seven games, two weeks after he had been given a new three-year contract.
