The former Malmo FF forward said that all factors have to come together to make things work, even for the administrators to know what to do.
‘There must be a clear idea of how they want things to work,’ Ijeh told FL. ‘There is also the need to project into the future as per the kind of players the coaches want to play with, because many in the team now will not be able to form a core of the team any longer.’
On the part of the technical crew, Peter Ijeh said only impactful coaches must be appointed for things to work again.
‘Impactful coaches will be able to properly manage the next crop of players who will make things better in the Super Eagles.’
