WAFCON 2022: Morocco Coach confident ahead of SF Clash against Nigeria

Head Coach of the Morocco WNT Reynald Pedros says his team will go toe-to-toe with defending champions Nigeria, in the crunch WAFCON semi final clash.

Morocco, who are hosts of the tournament, reached their first ever semi-final after a hard fought 2-1 win against Botswana.
The Atlas Lioness are currently on a good run in the tournament, winning all their games, but they’ll be underdogs against the Super Falcons.
“We are preparing for the game, after the quarter final game, we had time to rest and we are ready for this game,” the Coach said ahead of Monday’s game in Rabat.
“We are focusing on winning, we are in the semi final and we will see what will happen in the game (vs Nigeria). We have positive ideas and we will focus until we reach the final.
“We don’t have any injuries and all our players are ready. Tomorrow’s game will be different and it’s up to us to stand up against our opponent.”He concluded.
