Nigeria striker Dominic Vinicius scored the only goal of the game for Beijing BG as they pipped Shijiazhuang Ever Bright 1-0 in the Chinese League on Saturday, reports Footballlive.ng.
Vinicius, 24, scored in the 67th minute as his side registered their first win of the Chinese second tier season.
The forward joined Beijing BK from Vejle in January 2018 and has impressed with his goal stats.
Prior to Dominic’s transfer to China, he had found the net nine times for Vejle in 16 appearances in the Danish First Division, with three assists in those games.
Dominic, who was once on the radar of Nigeria’s U15 coaching staff, has pledged his international future to Nigeria ahead of his birth country, Brazil.
The former Paranaense, Portuguesa and Cuiabá was brilliant last season after netting 15 times from 28 games.
