I am pleased to play my first Europa league match, it has being a long awaited dream right from my formative years to play either in the Champions League or Europa League.
I had so much flare for watching such big leagues in the world as a kid in Nigeria back then.
Today, it was a reality with tears of joy in my eyes regardless of the fact that i came in as a substitute at the 79th minutes, i was able to make my few impact and was impressed by my performance.
I give God the glory for making my dream a huge reality before my eyes.
I pray for a better opportunity and more playing time considering how i started from U-20 to Villarreal Team B and then to the main team of the Spanish club.
I was strongly determined to improve greater in my career which in the space of one year i positively pushed myself to achieve my set goals.
The former U -20 player also said i knew i had the potentials and prospects all i need was time and chance to play out for me to show case my God giving talent which is what i have done and i am now playing for Villarreal main team in Spanish League as well having my first debut at the Europa cup yesterday.
Former Diamond academy player said in conclusion i am still thankful to God and i am also praying for an opportunity to be called up one day to the Senior National team just like my teammates in U 17 U 20 and friend Kelechi Nwakali.
