Victor Moses returns after injury lay-off but Spartak Moscow lose at home to PFC Sochi

Victor Moses returned to action for Spartak Moscow and was introduced off the bench in the Premier League match against PFC Sochi on Thursday.

Moses was out for a couple of weeks with a minor injury problem, but was eased back into action on Thursday, in a home game.
The Nigerian who had missed three straight games prior, however, couldn’t impact the game as much although he looked like he was back to full fitness.
Spartak Moscow took the lead at home just on the hour mark through Roman Zobnin, but Maksim Barsov (66′) restored parity for Sochi before Artur Yusupov turned the game around for the visitors.
The defeat leaves Rui Vitória’s men failing to find the consistency this season. The team is sixth on the log and seven points off the leaders, Zenit St. Petersburg.
