Victor Osimhen scored again for Napoli on Thursday night to help the side record their first win in the Europa League group C.

Coming off the bench in the second half against Legia Warsaw, Osimhen needed only 23 minutes to make his impact felt, when he hit a low shot past his marker and the goalkeeper from a tight angle.
Earlier, he even had a goal chalked off by VAR for offside, when he thought he had beat the line and the goalkeeper with a beautiful lob from way out.
Nonetheless, Napoli wrapped up a 3-0 victory against the Polish side at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona to get their campaign back on track as they climb to second in the table above Leicester City and Spartak Moscow.
Meanwhile, the outcome of Thursday’s for Osimhen bears a significance to his sterling form in the early weeks of the new campaign.
So far this season, the 22 year-old has made 10 appearances for the club across all competitions and only on three occasions has he failed to find the back of the net.
He has nine goals this season and was voted the best player in Serie A last month, an accolade that readily underpins the Striker’s determination to get noticed.
