Rivers United midfielder Peter Ubakanma insists his side can pick the maximum three points point when they trade tackles with Katsina United in one of the matchday 15 fixtures of Nigeria Professional Football League.
The Stanley Eguma side will be looking to pick their second away three points of the season at the Muhammad Dikko Stadium on Sunday against an hostile Abdullahi Biffo’s side.
Speaking ahead of the game , Ubakanma urges his teammates to carry their new find form into the game and added that if teams like Rangers and MFM can pick a point against their hosts, Rivers United can do the same.
“As for me and my teammates, we are expecting a good outing and hopefully we can take 3 maximum points or at least draw against Katsina United”
The Former MFM utility player stressed further that the NPFL Group B log is very difficult due to the presence of big teams , but the pride of rivers will continue to work hard to finish the season on high.
“Each game is difficult and we must continue to work hard, because if we want to make it into the top three or avoid relegation, we must be difficult to beat “
