Southampton have joined Norwich City in the race for Fulham’s Tosin Adarabioyo as a transfer target this season.
Adarabioyo, 23, still has 2 years left on his contract with the option of another year and is valued at €12 million by Fulham.
However Southampton could trigger the CB’s release clause – reported to be in the region of €12 million – in their desperation for a player with premier league experience after the sale of Jannik Vestergaard to Leicester City.
Meanwhile The Canaries are also looking to strengthen in central defence and following the opening day defeat to Liverpool, they seem to have ramp up their chase.
The former England youth player cost Fulham just over €1.6 million from Manchester City in the summer window of 2020.
