Former U-17 international Tunde Akinsola made his LaLiga debut for Real Valladolid in their 3-nil home defeat to Sevilla.

The 20-year-old striker was introduced in the 80th minute with his team already two goals down, but he couldn’t influence the game and eventually Valladolid conceded a third goal.

Akinsola initially moved to Vasalund in Norway from Valiant FC and after turning up for their U-19 for two seasons he was then snapped up by Valladolid on a free transfer.

The forward has slowly worked his way up to now earning his debut for the senior team.

Valladolid are just one point outside the relegation zone after losing four straight games, and with four games to go, they will be banking on themselves to remain in the top flight.
