Victor Osimhen is working his way back to full fitness, however an early return date for the Forward isn’t very certain, as revealed on Napoli’s Official website.
Osimhen suffered an injury relapse in the high-profile UEFA Champions League clash between Napoli and Liverpool.
He featured for only fourty-one minutes of the first half, before he was taken off, but Napoli ran riot and defeated Liverpool 4-1.
The young Forward has since been sidelined and wasn’t called up for International duties with the Super Eagles.
However, the Napoli striker trained with his club teammates in preparation for the Serie A clash against Torino, but trained away from the rest of the group.
sscnapoli.it reported that Osimhen and Politano did therapies and personalized training on the pitch.
As a result, the game against Torino is coming too soon for Osimhen and he may even miss the Clash against Ajax next week as manager Luciano Spalletti will not rush his Top man, back to action.
