According to the Turkish media outlet Pesindeyiz Galatasaray, the Turkish Super Lig champions have shown interest in signing Wilfred Ndidi.

According to reports, Ndidi, who is currently one of the highest-paid players at Leicester City, may not have his contract renewed by the club.

Leicester City will play in the championship next season and have reportedly expressed concerns over the 26 year-old’s fitness struggles in the past two seasons, leading to speculations on the Super Eagles midfielder’s contract status.

Currently valued at €25 million, and with only a year left on his contract, the Foxes will look to cash in on the Nigerian who saw injuries limit him to 27 matches in the Premier League last season.

Celtic’s newly appointed manager, Rodgers, is keen on reuniting with Ndidi and is considering making him one of his first signings at the club.

Meanwhile, Saudi Arabian club Al Shabab is reportedly preparing a “tempting” offer to entice the Player to Asia, leaving European football behind.

Additionally, Turkish giants Galatasaray have also expressed their interest in the Nigerian midfielder, as announced by Pesindeyiz Galatasaray via a tweet on Wednesday

“Galatasaray are interested in Wilfred Ndidi from Leicester City. Ndidi, who did not want to play in the Championship, announced his decision to leave Leicester City.”
