This is my last AFCON Tournament – Ahmed Musa

Nigeria’s captain Ahmed Musa has announced his last tournament with the Super Eagles will be the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Musa who has been capped 101 times for Nigeria said he has no intentional to return for another AFCON tournament.
The 29 year-old said, during the team’s official presser ahead of Tuesday’s game against Egypt in Garoua that he wants the AFCON trophy as a parting gift from his teammates.
Although the next Cup of Nations tournament is scheduled to hold next year in Ivory Coast, the Winger who is Nigeria’s too scorer at the world cup says “I don’t think I’ll be available in two years”.
Musa however, says he’ll be available for the world cup if Nigeria qualifiers but concedes it’ll be up to the Coach.
