Paul Onuachu was on target for KRC Genk in their 2-2 draw with Royal Mouscron at the Stade Le Canonnier on Saturday.

Mouscron took shock lead in the 3rd minute thanks to Stipe Perica, but the celebrations didn’t last for long, as Sebastien Dewaest brought Genk level in the 20th minute.

Onuachu came off the bench in the 45th minute as a replacement for Bryan Heynen and the Summer buy made an instant Impact, when he put the visitors ahead ten minutes later.

However, it was the home side restored parity through a Nemanja Antonov equalizer in the 66th minute.

Meanwhile KRC Genk are still searching for their win since victory over Cercle Brugge on October 26.

Onuachu’s compatriot, Stephen Odey was also brought on, in the 72nd minute but couldn’t help new Coach Domenico Olivieri grab a debut win.
