Cyriel Dessers keeps showing he can be a reliable impact player, after he came off the bench for Feyenoord to net the winner in the Europa Conference League match against Union Berlin on Thursday.

He scored against Union inside eight minutes after he was brought on. It was also his first goal of the competition in four appearances.
