The chairman of FC Robo, Osahon Emmanuel has expressed dissatisfaction at the continuous neglect of NWFL players in the selection process of the Super Falcons.
Osahon argued that Nigeria’s defeat to South Africa at the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations was largely because the best players – Younger and in form – were dropped in favor of spent Veterans.
Speaking with FL, the Club Administrator said while he’s impressed with the leadership of NWFL, he believes more can be done for the Players.
He urged the League administrators to ensure more promotion be done for the best NWFL players to brighten their chances of breaking into the WNT.
