Super Eagles goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa has sounded so optimistic if given the opportunity to start in goal in the match today.
The fans should bank on him, he is ready to do his country proud.
I have been in goal before, it’s not new, i have kept against Cameroon double header match against crucial one during the world Cup qualifiers.
And if i am giving the opportunity to do that again, i can as well replicate that same form.
My honest prayer and what matters to me the most is that we should carry the day, regardless of whosoever be in goal for the match .
I believe if i am giving the opportunity ,i will put in my best and represent my father land.
It is an avenue to show case myself and also a move to show that i can do it, if the chance beckons , i am ever ready to grab it with my both hands.
My fellow colleagues in the goalkeeping department are astonishing in their different ways Afelokahi is my team mate in Enyimba Fc of Aba and Daniel Akpeyi form Chippa of South Africa are all good keepers with great character in the field of play.
Who ever emerged as number one for the match will definitely do well, but i believe if given an opportunity i will do my best.
