Super Eagles Drop One Place in Latest FIFA Ranking

The Super Eagles slipped to 35th in the latest FIFA Ranking despite recording a 1-1 draw with five-time world champions Brazil earlier October.

The three time African Champions were 34th position in the global rankings for the month of September, but has now dropped one place in October’s ranking.

 

Although, Nigeria remain third on the continent Senegal and Tunisia.

 

The next FIFA ratings will be released on November 28.

 

The Eagles will lock horns with Benin Republic and Lesotho in 2022 African Cup of Nations qualifiers next month.

 

They host Benin Republic at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City, before heading to Lesotho for the second game.
