Nigeria defender Ola Aina provided an assist in Torino’s 2-1 victory at Frosinine in the Italian Serie A on Sunday afternoon.
The versatile player came into the fray as a 69th minute substitute for Lorenzo De Silvestri at the Stadio Benito Stirpe.
Aina sent in a great header from the left and Andrea Belotti connected home for the match winner after 78 minutes. Belotti shot with the right foot inside of six yard box – left side to the centre of the goal.
With five minutes left to play in the game, Aina was booked by the centre referee.
Aina moved from Chelsea to Torino on loan last summer. The Serie A outfit paid €600,000 for the player’s season loan.
He has shone this season, scoring one and also producing an assist in over 21 Serie A appearances for the Granata.
