Former Nigeria goalkeeper Emeka Amadi believes Super Eagles head Coach Gernot Rohr was spot on with his assessment of how “unlucky” the team has been in the goalkeeping department.
Rohr lamented the team’s struggles in the goalkeeping position, having battled with the early retirement of Carl Ikeme, injury to Francis Uzoho and inconsistent forms of Daniel Akpeyi and Ikechukwu Ezenwa.
Amadi reiterated the Rohr’s concerns in a chat with www.brila.net and argued that the challenges do cause instability in the team.
