Super Eagles and Everton midfield ace, Alex Iwobi has been named the club’s Players’ Player of the Season.

Iwobi played a variety of positions throughout the season, recording the most number of assists in the team – eight – and scored two goals.

He maintained his strong performance from the previous year. Since joining Everton in 2019, this is the first time Iwobi has received the honor.

On the final day of the season, Everton defeated Bournemouth 1-0 to narrowly avoid the drop.
