Super Eagles goalkeeper, Ojo Olorunleke, has expressed the team’s determination to secure another resounding victory against Sao Tome and Principe in their upcoming match on Sunday.

In their previous encounter last November, the Super Eagles dominated with a convincing 10-0 win against the True Patriots.

Although the Super Eagles have already secured their spot in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, they need just one point in the upcoming game to clinch the top spot in Group A.

Sao Tome and Principe, on the other hand, are already out of contention for qualification.

Olorunleke emphasized the team’s commitment to putting on another strong performance against Sao Tome and Principe, aiming to secure a decisive win in the match.

“It’s true that we have already qualified for the next AFCON but we still have go out there and do our job,” the Enyimba goalie stated.

“The fans always want us to win and we can’t afford to disappoint them. We are professionals, so the most important thing is to put on a good show for them.”

The Super Eagles are looking to maintain their momentum and finish their qualifying campaign on a high note as they prepare for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations tournament.
