Paul Onuachu and Joe Aribo will have to work with a new manager after Southampton announced it has parted ways with Nathan Jones, just 3 months after replacing Ralph Hasenhuttl.

Jones’ poor run of seven defeat in his last eight Premier League games – and five wins from fourteen games in charge – was summed up when they lost to Wolves at home despite the away team playing with a man down and a goal down for over sixty minutes.

Southampton acquired Paul Onuachu this January, whom Jones insists was a crucial signing.

On the other hand, Joe Aribo will be working with his third coach in just three months at Southampton, the Midfielder will be hoping for improve game time.

The club statement reads:

Southampton Football Club can confirm it has parted company with men’s first-team manager Nathan Jones.

First-team coaches Chris Cohen and Alan Sheehan have also left the club.

First-team lead coach Ruben Selles will take charge of training and prepare the team ahead of next weekend’s game against Chelsea.
