Real Sociedad’s Nigerian forward, Sadiq Umar is on the path to full recovery after suffering a torn muscle in his right knee since September 2022.
Sadiq had gone six months on the sidelines and club’s supporters will be eager to see him recover fully after his surgery for the ACL Injury.
The forward has commenced training with the ball.
Sadiq was initially ruled out for the rest of the season, but the Forward is fast recovering and it gives hope that he may end up featuring in the last games of the season for his new club.
He was only able to get three appearances for La Real before his unfortunate injury situation.
This season, he has already scored for Real Sociedad, and will be aiming to hit the heights that saw him excel during his time at Almeria.
