Nigerian footballer Victor Olatunji has signed with Sparta Prague from Slovan Liberec, joining Nelson Okeke at the Czech Premier League champions.

Speaking on the signing, Tomas Rosicky, who is Sparta’s Sporting director, holds the belief that, Olatunji will achieve success at Sparta Prague.

The Attacker finalized a multi-year agreement with the Czech champions after his stint with Slovan Liberec.

Olatunji, 23, made a notable impact in the Fortuna Liga last season, scoring four goals in 14 appearances.

Rosicky, expressed his satisfaction with the acquisition:

“Olatunji is a player with interesting physical and speed parameters,” the Sparta Prague chief said.

“Typologically, Olatunji is an attacker that we do not have in our squad. Victor has the potential to continue to develop in our environment, which is also a key reason why we are bringing him in.”
