Remo Stars head coach, Daniel Ogunmodede says the Club will consider adding Odion Ighalo to their squad following the Striker’s recent statement about a possible return to the Nigeria Premier League.

Ogunmodede revealed this in a chat with FL when quizzed about the possibility of having the former Manchester United striker at the Ikene-based club.

He went on to praise the striker’s quality and what he has achieved so far in his career.

“He is going to be an added value to the league, which coach will not want to have a good player,” Ogunmodede said.

“Ighalo is a top player, he’s got the experience, and he has achieved a lot in football, he is a clinical striker.

“If the news is true, I will be the most delighted to have him, for sure.”
