Ola Aina was on target as Torino defeated Udinese 1-2 away at the Dacia Arena to end Udinese’s 9 game Unbeaten run in the Serie A and give Torino their first victory in 5 games.
In the 14th minute Ola Aina received a well threaded pass from Aleksey Miranchuk and sent a strike into the bottom left corner leaving Marco Silvestri helpless.
Just over 10 minutes later Udinese capitalized on a defensive error from Torino as Destiny Udogie assisted Gerard Deulofeu to give Udinese the equalizer.
It ended level in the first half, but Torino were not to be denied in the 69th minute as Pietro Pellegrini smashed Torino into the lead after he was found in the box by Nemanja Radonjic.
Isaac Success started for Udinese but was unable to influence the game and was subbed of after 65 minutes.
The victory moves Torino to 9th as the Turin outfit lifted the pressure of manager Ivan Juric and also ends an awful winless run of 5 games without a victory (4 loses and 1 draw).
