Rangers Int’l FC have stocked up ahead of their Confederation Cup first round qualifier against AS Pélican according to Team Manager, Amobi Ezeaku.
Drawn bye in the preliminary round, Rangers will enter the competition in the first round.
However the Flying Antelopes lost several players including last season’s top scorer Godwin Aguda this transfer window.
The departures seemed to have weakened the side, but Ezeaku believes the club has done very good transfer business to plug every loophole.
“When you combine the new and the old players in the team, you will understand that, the synergy has been established,”Ezeaku told footballlive.ng.
“Rangers is a team with traditions like you all know, we understand that, a lot is at stake, it’s not about Rangers now but about the federal republic of Nigeria.”
