Victor Osimhen has received his French Ligue 1 player for the month award.
Osimhen showed off the awards on his Instagram account on Friday.
The Striker was voted the best player of the month after netting twice and notched two assists in four Ligue 1 matches in September as Lille climbed into the top five.
He polled a total of 45% ahead of second place Monaco’s Islam Slimani (37%) and Nantes’ Nicolas Pallois (18%).
Osimhen scored for Lille in their 2-1 win against Angers SCO and the 2-0 victory at home to Strasbourg.
He will be looking forward to add to his tally when Lille host Samuel Kalu’s Bordeaux in a Week 11 Ligue 1 clash at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy later today.
