Victor Osimhen has expressed his gratitude for the guidance and support he has received from Gennaro Gattuso and Luciano Spalletti, both of whom had a hand in his development as a player.
Gattuso secured the signing of the Nigerian striker from Lille in 2020, despite the huge transfer fee.
Under Luciano Spalletti’s management, Osimhen has blossomed into one of the most talented striker in the world.
“I owe a lot to Gennaro Gattuso because he worked on my motivation and on enhancing my self-esteem. With Spalletti, my growth has been greater due to work done over the months,” the Forward said, according to Tutto Napoli.
