Super Eagles and Napoli striker Victor Osimhen is been scouted by Chelsea for a potential move to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea’s manager Graham Potter is open to getting a new striker and sent out scouts across Europe to provide options.

Osimhen is touted as the scouts’ favourite and Chelsea will be looking at options to lure the 23-year-old to Stamford bridge.

Chelsea currently have Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Romelu Lukaku on their books.

Aubameyang has returned 3 goals in 6 matches, but the Gabonese striker has been in and out of the starting lineup and is yet to complete 90 minutes for the London outfit.

Lukaku, who is currently on loan at Inter Milan, could seal a permanent move away from Stamford Bridge, with multiple reports confirming both clubs have opened discussions on that possibility.

Meanwhile, Osimhen has been in fine form this season recording 4 goals in 8 games so far – last season he scored 14 goals in 27 matches for Napoli.

The Nigerian is contracted to the Serie A side until 2025 and it will take a significant bid from Chelsea to land him.

His huge price tag isn’t the only barrier, it’s understood that German giants Bayern Munich have also registered interests in the Young Nigerian forward and will most likely battle Chelsea.
