Orlando Pirates CB, Olisa Ndah’s agent, Mike Makaab, has claimed that the Player is courting interests from the MLS and European teams.

The fact that Ndah still has years left on his contract, though, means that he will be with the Buccaneers for the upcoming campaign.

Injury has hampered the former Akwa United defender this season, missing half of the season after a successful debut season with Pirates.

“He had a difficult season with a niggling injury,” Makaab recalls. “Hopefully, it’s over, having spoken to the club recently they believe he is well on his way to recovery and he will be fully fit and ready to start the new season.”

“There is still some interest in Olisa both from Europe and MLS, but I don’t have to tell you that, it’s all about timing.

“Sadly as soon as the interest escalated on the back of his performance which earned him invitation to Nigeria’s national team, he had a series of unfortunate injuries.

“He is a top-class professional and a top-class person, I do not doubt that he will get back to where he was and beyond, and then we will make it one step at a time.

“If there is a serious offer, I’ve always had a wonderful relationship with the club, if the offer is seriously good and fair to the club then it will be seriously considered, but Olisa is fine.

“He still has some years left on his contract,” he told Siya’s crew.
