Orban leads Gent in 5-nil Trouncing of Struggling Seraing

Gift Orban took his goal tally for KAA Gent in the Jupiler League to nine, this weekend as he found the back of the net twice against Seraing.

Orban, who joined Gent in January, has been in fine scoring form. He has 11 goal contribution for the side as they cement their place in the championship playoff spot after 31 games.

The 20 year-old opened scoring in Saturday’s game, inside 18minutes and doubled his team’s lead in the 52nd minute.

The visitors got a third, two minutes later, through Hugo Cuypers and the Nigerian was the provider.

Jordan Torunarigha netted the fourth goal of the day in the 62nd minute, before Cuypers wrapped it up with his second in the 77th minute.

Orban himself only played for Sixty-nine minutes before he was subbed off.

His goals against bottom Seraing is the Sixth consecutive team he has faced and either scored or got an assist against.
