Super Eagles forward Henry Onyekuru has turned his attention to the Super Sunday Clash between his side Galatasary and rivals Instabul Basaksehir after Cup victory last Wednesday.
Henry Onyekuru’s Galatasary are close to another victory over second place Istanbul Basaksehir, both sides are tied on 66 points after 32 matches, although Galatasary is enjoying a better goals difference advantage.
Onyekuru was part of Fatih Terim’s men who came from behind to defeat Akhisar Belediyespor 3-1, with goals from Sinan Gumus, Algeria’s Sofiane Feghouli and Senegal’s Mbaye Diagne to win the trophy and a win on Sunday will guarantee the club double.
However, the former Belgium based striker has urged his side to forget the Wednesday cup win quickly so they could focus on the clash against Basaksehir.
“Cup Final Champions, all Praises to God! The Marathon Continues- The big one on Sunday,” Onyekuru posted on Instagram.
Onyekuru is enjoying a good season with the Turkish giants, he had scored 15 goals across all competitions this season.
