Goals from Henry Onyekuru and Babajide David Akintola were on the score sheet, Saturday, as Adana Demirspor made easy work of Sivasspor at the Yeni Adana Stadyumu, in the Turkish Super Lig.
Onyekuru got goal number two of the season and Adana Demirspor’s second goal (51′) on the day after Younes Belhanda opened scoring in minute 41.
The Winger’s goal – a rare header – was the result of a fast break and a perfectly weighted cross from Akintola onto the waiting head of Onyekuru.
Demirspor sealed all three points in the 70th minute and it was Babajide David, a reward for his fine performance in the game.
Next up for Vincenzo Montella’s side is a crunch game away at Fenerbahce.
It was always going to be a mismatch when Leicester City paid a visit to the Etihad, the Foxes have been in terrible form lately, losing eight of their last nine games, while the Champions were on a nine-game winning streak.
