Onyeka returns to PL action since December in Brentford’s thrashing of Man United

Frank Onyeka saw out the final 10 minutes of the Premier League clash between Brentford and Manchester United on Saturday.

The Nigerian midfielder, a second half substitute, returned to league action for the Bees since last December in the home win against Burnley.

In Saturday’s game Onyeka was brought on to mop up and keep Man United distraught as Thomas Frank’s side demolished their visitors.
Brentford stunned Man United with a fantastic first-half performance, putting four un-replied goals past the Red Devils.
Four different goal scorers; Da Silva (10′), Mathias Jensen (18′), Ben Mee (30′) and Bryan Mbeumo (35′), saw the hosts race to an unassailable lead before the break.
The second interval saw less invention from both sides as the Erik ten Hag’s side are now 0-2 from the second round of matches in the PL.
