Kelechi Iheanacho came off the bench score Leicester’s winner in the FA Cup 4th round match against Walsall at the Bescot Stadium.

Iheanacho was introduced in the 63rd minute for Zambia forward, Parson Daka, and five minutes later the Nigerian broke the deadlock.

It was his second goal in as many games in this season’s FA Cup, but also his 17th in 23 appearances for him in the competition.

However, the 26 year-old hasn’t enjoyed the same fortune in the Premier League where he has made 14 appearances this season but managed a single goal.

Before his introduction off the bench in Saturday’s game, Youri Tielemans had failed from the spot to put the Foxes ahead against the League 2 side.

Leicester City march on into the quarter-final of the Cup competition despite enduring a difficult season so far.
