Oliseh, Yobo Consider Eagles Return, and they’re Serious

Date:

Former Super Eagles captain Sunday Oliseh has cosigned the convergence of ex Eagles players for the purpose of integrating former internationals in the administration of the team among other things.

Oliseh who also served as Coach of the Eagles for a short spell joined former teammates, Ifeanyi Udeze and Joseph Yobo to initiate the long overdue sit-down among players of Nigeria’s golden generation and their successors.

The agitation of the new ex players is for inclusiveness by the NFF leadership to help chart a sustainable course and ensure growth and progress in the team.

Speaking on Brila FM Breakfast Show, the former Ajax, Juventus and Dortmund star made reference to the success of the French national team, largely due to the influence of the class of 1998.
