Nigerian indigenous rap sensation Olamide, music diva Simi and Bayelsa home boy Timaya were at the Samson Siasia stadium to thrill thousands of fans who attended the Women’s final of the 2018 Aiteo Cup in Yanagoa Bayelsa State.
The final match was played between Ibom Angels and Rivers Angels with the ladies from Rivers state winning the cup competition for the 8th consecutive time after piping Ibom Angels by a goal to nil courtesy of a Juliet Sunday goal in the 47th minute.
The half time interval was reserved for the music stars who got the fan all on their feet for over 10 minutes at the stadium.
Simi performed her hit song Joromi to a sing along crowd before home boy and fans favorite Timaya raised the roof with an explosive performance while Olamide crowned the performance with some of his recent songs to give the fans a filled time.
Rivers Angels who won the competition was given a cheque of N10 million while the runners up Ibom Angels got the cheque of N5 million for their efforts.
