Nigeria Forward, Anthony Okpotu was on target for US Monastir as they defeated Chebba in the Tunisian Ligue Professionnelle 2 on Wednesday.
Okpotu was instrumental in his side’s victory over their league rivals in front of their home fans.
Earlier in the game, He won a penalty in the 53rd minute which was converted by Elyes Jlassi to put his side ahead.
The Nigerian international then scored in the 55th minute to increase the lead by 2; his second league goal of the season.
Meanwhile, the win make it four in five league game for US Monastir in the Tunisian Ligue Professionnelle.
US Monastir still maintain their command at the top of the league with thirteen points garnered in five games.
