OGU TO QUIT HAPOEL AFTER FIVE YEARS

Super Eagles and Hapoel Beer Sheva of Israel midfielder, John Ogu has announced he would quit the Israeli club after five years. The former Academica de Coimbra midfielder, posted on twitter this morning to announce that he would be leaving the club at the end of the season.

“After 5 years here in Hapoel Beer Sheva, I have decided I won’t be continuing my career here. All I just want to say is, thank you to everyone that has made it possible for me to be here.

Thank you for the memories and the support. And to the fans, I specially say a big thank you 👍🏽👍🏽”. Ogu however made no disclosure of his next move. Fans have since taken to his timeline to thank him for the years and memories, while also wishing him all the best for the future.
