Emmanuel Dennis made a small contribution to Nottingham Forest’s Premier League match at Leeds United on Tuesday.

Dennis was handed a starter’s berth against Leeds, and the Attacker made it count with an assist for Orel Mangala’s goal in the 12th minute.

Mangala’s strike put the visitors ahead, but it did not stop Leeds from fighting back, and in before the break, they had turned the game around completely.

Coming off fresh a humiliating 4-1 defeat at the hands of Arsenal, Javier Gracia needed a inspiring response and he got it from his men.

First in the 20th minute, Jack Harrison brought the hosts level before a stoppage time (45+1′) strike from Luis Sinisterra put Leeds ahead.

They’ll be no further goals despite Steve Cooper using up all his allotted substitutes; Taiwo Awoniyi was brought on from the bench (56′) again, as he gradually returns to match fitness.

Meanwhile, Dennis earned a 7.2 rating, only one Forest player was rated higher than the Nigerian, whose game time has improved considerably since the new year.

However, the results have been pretty terrible for Cooper’s side, who have now gone eight matches without a win, incidentally their last victory was in the reverse fixture against Leeds United in February.
