No win for Ajayi and West Brom, Bashiru scores but Reading lose

Semi Ajayi has earned his place, as a crucial first team player again at West Brom and in midweek was deployed against Swansea.

Ajayi played the entire duration of the encounter however, it wasn’t to be the night for the Baggies and they lost albeit narrowly in their trip to South Wales.
Having taken the lead through Karlan Grant in the opening second of the game, the visitors fought valiantly to defend the lead and it looked like they could run away with it.
But, on the hour mark the pendulum shifted and it did firmly in favor of Swansea who then leveled through Joel Piroe (61′) from a Jamie Paterson assist before the latter himself then sealed the win in the 83rd minute.
In another game, Reading FC blew a two-goal lead against Blackpool who were in the bottom half of the table.
Two early goals from Scott Dann (11′) and Tom Dele-Bashiru (21′) were overturned by the visitors in the second half.
Three goals in 15 minutes inspired by the substitution of Owen Dale handed Blackpool an impressive come back win.
