Nigeria’s Women Olympic team will play the winner between Ethiopia and Chad in the second round of the CAF African Women Olympic Qualifying Football Tournament.

The Qualifying Tournament heralds the Olympic Games, Paris 2024.

In the draw held, Tuesday, CAF announced that the second round of the qualification matches will be played in October.

The victorious team in the fixture in October will face the winner of the second-round game between Cameroon and whoever wins between Uganda and Rwanda.

Should Nigeria win their first game, the team will face either Cameroon or Rwanda or Uganda.

Nigeria has failed to make an appearance in the last three editions of the tournament.
