Nigeria will battle Ethiopia in the final round of the 2022 FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup qualifiers.
Ethiopia edged South Africa to confirm their progress into the fourth and final round of the qualifiers.
In the second leg at the Abele Bikila stadium in Addis Ababa, the East African side lost by a single goal, but had done enough in the first leg in Johannesburg.
The Ethiopian girls won 3-0 at the Bidvest Stadium to build that healthy advantage.
In the previous round, they edged past Uganda ever so narrow and on away goal rule.
A first leg 2-2 result in Entebbe was followed by 1-1 second leg result in Addis Ababa.
Meanwhile, kick off date for the fourth round qualifiers have not been decided.
