Former Nigeria forward Daniel Amokachi, has suggested that the only way the new NFF board can be successful, is to have a strong team behind the President.
Amokachi told FL that the present administration must learn from their predecessor and must work to promote unity amongst themselves.
He explained that, for the new NFF president, Ibrahim Gusau, to have a measure of success, he must be equipped with a team solid enough for the task ahead; that will be in sync with his ideas.
Amokachi praised Gusau, the country’s new football chief, as a passionate figure who loves the sport and would strive to take the sport to a greater height.
