Wilfred Ndidi has been named winner of Leicester City’s Goal of the Month award for September.
Ndidi secured the accolade alongside teammate Stephy Mavididi.
The duo managed to capture 26% of the votes cast by the fans, surpassing their competitors to claim the prize.
Wilfred Ndidi’s strike against Southampton earned him the nod from the voters.
The goal showcased his exceptional skill and precision on the field. Mavididi also impressed with his brilliant goal against Southampton, which contributed to their joint victory.
This award adds to Ndidi’s already impressive start to the season at Leicester City.
Leicester City Manager, Enzo Maresca has deployed the 26-year-old in an attacking midfield role, allowing him to showcase his abilities.
So far, the Nigerian has scored three goals and provided four assists in 14 appearances across all competitions for the Foxes this season.
