Ndidi anchors Leicester City to a draw on day of premier league season


Super Eagles combative midfielder Wilfred Ndidi was on parade for Leicester City who were held to a goalless draw by Chelsea.



Leicester Manager, Brenda Rodgers however replaced the midfielder in the 66th minutes of the game at the King Power Stadium.
The Nigerian was a regular name of the Foxes team sheet in the season and played all the 38 matches for the Club, under former manager Claude Puel and his successor Brenda Rodgers.

Ndidi finish the season as the best tackler in the division and he has made 88 premier league appearances for the former premier league champions , scoring four and assisted four goals.

Meanwhile, his teammate Kelechi Iheanacho watched from the bench as he was among the non-playing substitute.

Iheanacho has had a torrid time since joining Leicester, with Jamie Vardy been preferred as the arrow head of Leicester City’s attack.
