The Technical Adviser, Ibom Angels FC Coach Morufu Adeyemo has affirmed that Nasarawa Amazons is a great club with a top Coach.
He said the club also have one of the best coaches in the Nigeria Women Football League, whom he respects so much footballlive.ng can report.
Adeyemo did however state that this will not stop his team from giving their best as both clubs square up in one of the semi-final matches of 2019 Aiteo Cup for women at Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium on Friday.
The Coach, who was appointed by the club this year said “the team is made up of bunch of talented players that can withstand any female team in the country.”
He also described Today’s match as “Clash Of The Titans”.
“I must tell you that today’s game will be one of the best games to look out for because when two elephants fight, what happen? In this case, it is the pitch of Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium that will suffer”.
Ibom Angels are hoping to reach their third consecutive Aiteo Cup final.
The Orange Ladies qualified to this stage by defeating Confluence Queens 2-0, while Nasarawa Amazons pipped Edo Queens by a lone goal.
Ibom Angels are two times finalist in the competition in 2017 and 2018 editions.
