It is without a doubt that the Super Eagles frontline is the envy of every other African national team in this moment.

Head Coach, Jose Peseiro, is spoilt for choice and could be taken for the proverbial fat kid with lots of candy or the spoilt kid with lots of toys to play with.

However, there has to be a system that can accommodate and allow effectiveness if all the stars are to be considered.

Every Nigerian football fan has an idea of what the ideal frontline should be, but, the case has never been straightforward with the new coach Peseiro, and his ideas, it might take a while for the Super Eagles to grow and adapt.

The ideal frontline predictions has never been easy to decide; in terms of the desirable and the available at the disposal of the Super Eagles coach.

With Osimhen almost destined to start every game for the Super Eagles, based on his among form – as one of the best in Europe at this point – but for every Lead in the band, there has to be an equally good back-up.

The support pieces have fit in, not only for Osimhen, but for the greater output and effectiveness of the attack.

With the striker position locked, having a good backup option that more than compliments – in the case of the Super Eagles, three separate forward lines could easily be created.

Currently, Peseiro is certain to be in a state of dilemma over who will start in the Super Eagles team B.

With Victor Boniface tearing up the Europa league with 5 goals to his name, as much as Manchester United superstar Marcus Rashford, both joint top scorers of the competition, he has had a really impressive season so far for Royale Union Saint-Gilloise.

On the same issue, there is the matter of KAA Gent hot, new kid on the block, Gift Orban, who scored four goals in thier last league game against Zulte Waregem.

Something more interesting about Orban’s goalscoring ability is also his technical edge; he’s a set piece specialist, a talent that has been missing in the Super Eagles over the years.

The current holder of the spot, Nantes star, Moses Simon, does not exactly command so much popularity based on this part of his game, basically, the less said, the better.

Gift Orban has so far owned the Belgian league, although it’s also just his debut season, he has already been named the League’s best Player for the month of February.

He also won the goal of the month to cap an electric start to life in the Belgian top flight.

Super Eagles also have Terem Moffi who is among the leading scorers in the French Ligue 1.

His dynamism as a player, who is not limited to the box would prove to be sure talent, going forward in the new-system Super Eagles.

Honourable mentions include Paul Onuachu, whose move to Southampton has not gone exactly to expectation.

Taiwo Awoniyi, who is at Nottingham Forest, both Players are engrossed in the mud fight to get out of relegation zone in the Premier League.

Did someone say “relegation?” of course, Cyriel Dessers just popped into the building, brilliant striker, but his move from the KRC Genk has not been successful either.

Injuries have not been fair to him this season as well, the club have been struggling too with less than two league wins so far this season.

Surely, based on current form, the two new Super Eagles stars will be in contention for invitation for the next international window, given their skill set apart from having eyes for goals.
